To enrol at the early-bird pricing listed above, we must receive your online or posted enrolment on or before the cut-off date specified on the course calendar page (below each course). If you are not sure if your enrolment will reach us in time, just phone Clare on (02) 6644 9869 to pre-reserve your place at the special price and then send through your enrolment.

If early-bird pricing has finished for your choice of course, you can still enrol at the standard course cost listed above.

If a course listed on the course calendar page does not appear above yet, online enrolment has not yet opened for that course. You can still advise enrolment in the meantime by printing, completing and posting this enrolment form, phoning Clare on (02) 6644 9869 or contacting her via our contact page.

(i) If paying by cheque or money order, we will need to receive your posted cheque and clear the funds prior to sending out your course enrolment confirmation (please ensure you make your cheque or money order payable to 'Baliena Flower Therapies' to avoid any enrolment delays);

 

(ii) If paying by EFT or Bank Direct Deposit, we will email you with our bank account details and instructions for making payment after you have submitted this enrolment form (please allow 3-5 working days to receive our email requesting your payment);

(iii) If paying via PayPal, we will email you with a payment link to securely make your payment online via EFT or credit card after you have submitted this enrolment form (please allow 3-5 working days to receive our email requesting your payment).
